★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just view the house, facilities all already open for resident. Resident have private pathway to the lake (dont know why the lake is green, Im not kepongian). In front of mizumi got kepongmas (construction almost done), while beside mizumi got keponggi square (construction havent started yet) ... Lots shop and restaurant in front of mizumi (fortune park), but all chinese restaurant. Around 10 mins to aeon big and mrt by walking (expected to run by April from what I heard)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice condo in this kepong area. Plenty of visitors car park too. Maintenance fee for this condo currently is around RM100++ which is good. Hope the facilities maintain well in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salam. I moved here in Feb 2022. I moved out by May 2022. Only 4 months stay. Don't buy / rent here. It is not condo. My rent is RM1,300 but it feels like a cheap flat. Why? (1) Heavy construction and renovation. If you are working / staying at home during weekday, then prepare to feel like you are living in construction area. Drilling and knocking non stop from 9am until 5pm (sometimes until 9pm). You won't find peace here. (2) Noise pollution is unavoidable. If you are working or having baby/elderly, expect noise from every side of your house, non-stop. (3) Air pollution. Construction makes dust flying everywhere. My baby admitted to hospital twice in 4 months, warded for weeks due to lung infection. (4) Smell pollution. There are nearby hidden rubbish collection area nearby the lake. When it gets wet (morning, night, or after rain), prepare to smell the loveliness of the rubbish. (5) Low maintenance from unprofessional management. They might be new in this building, but floors are consistently dirty, and dirt on wall is everywhere.
The day i moved out, the guard ask me "Moving out? Why so many people move in then move out?"
Most of the good reviews are posted by the property agents. They want to sell quick. If you can afford rent RM1500, better go to The Henge. High end and peaceful.
If you visit on weekend, you will fall in love with this place. Try your best to visit during weekday.

1. Least efficient elevator I’ve ever met. There’re 4 lift each block but they work like only 1 lift provided. Example: When one lift is coming down, the other lift won’t operate and caused the only lift that is working stuffed with people.
2. Smell pollution: Some unpleasant smell comes from nowhere everyday.
3. Maintenance could’ve improve as it seems like the cleaning team only sweep the floor once and sometimes even none. Not to mention the garbage room.
CRITICAL ISSUE:
As the unit I am staying now is facing the lake, I found that there were drone with cameras flying up high and it feel so uncomfortable & being monitor by someone.
If it is from the lake, the lake securities should provide better control of using drone.
Pros:
Perfect lake view and convenient neighbourhood.
