★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the only plaza/ building which have the only cinema in Kuala Selangor. It is true that the tickets are super duper cheap compare to other cinema in the city area.
Next, there is a bowling center in this building too. Many young people come here for movie and bowling.
There is a Mamawe cafe at ground floor. But the food looks normal only.
The building facilities didn’t maintain well, there are some dirt inside toilet and the escalator ( may be due to low budget)
In addition, the ballroom here are new and clean. Most local held wedding dinner, business annual dinner here. Last, it is the only plaza here so if there is not much to complain about. However, it can be a better place if the hygiene part is improved.

Yesterday, We one family went to mmCinepleplexes 1 Plaza for a movie(RRR).The staff was rude and didn't talk politely to us. We brought 3 under 18 childrens and they didnt let in.Actually we didn't noticed that the ticket is for 18 +. We would like to refund the ticket price.your consideration is appreciated.Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mood happy happy nak main dekat U-BOWL kuala selangor, turn out one of the staff angry and resentful to us instead of giving a good information. U can just tell us about it’s cannot be change and all the things, Why choose criminal? Sumpah bad service, aku tak tahulah orang lain pun dia layan macam itu ke apa, tapi pleaselah, not saying in term of “ customer always right “ I dont even ask you to courteous towards us, but being respectful towards each other is a common sense. But this is a bad bad bad experience ever happen in my life. Tak pernah pula kalau tanya staff untuk information sampai kena marah. Is it not okay for us to ask something? Do weeee look like a joke to you???? . Kenapa? Sebab kami masih student jadi makcik ada hak untuk marah? Shame on you makcik. Tua tua should already have a common sense. May god bless you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The surau is too small but i think it's okay for people to spend time here playing bowling, watching cinema etc. Can get crowded during certain times. Karaoke was so so because not so much choice of songs available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanliness has to be maintain, especially the upper toilet at lvl 1,no proper toiletries, many cubicles door latch/lock missing, flushing system not functioning.Hope the management take this matter very serious and the immediate action is very much appreciated.I saw many people came to watch movies and regular preventive maintenance on these issues is very much anticipated.
