★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna say pls respect the staff. I have bought ticket ? Tom Cruise on 04/6/22 @9pm. However, was informed by staff postpone 10 min. But I think it’s okay. After we go inside the hall the screen is blur and can’t continue play on time because the projector wasn't working add on some technical issues. I can accept the staff explain and then will refund the money to us. But some customers cannot accept the answer and kept saying that “waste our time” “Disappointed with the service” “ so many people are queue for refund want me to wait more one hours?….. “.
some people scold the staff with nonsense things even though staff keep trying apologize to customers.
I just want to say they also try their best already no one wants to do double works. Please respect them. Small kindnesses, small courtesies, small considerations, habitually practices in our social intercourse, give a greater charm to the character than the display of great talents and accomplishments.Thank you for you all service and have a good day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. The halls are big, there's a used book corner where you can sit while waiting I guess (I can never because I'm always late). The problem I have is just parking might be difficult, but plan early and secure your parking early so you won't miss any openings. Oh this is one of the cinema where you can watch international movies too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at the GSC @ 1 Utama. Afternoon movie with sweet popcorn and large cold drink. There wasn't many people - simply delightful. The staff were nice and the seating was comfortable. However it wasn't clean in the theatre as there was still some rubbish left on the floor.

Great sound and screen - a thrilling entertainment experience.
Reason star dropped is food/drink choices (not necessarily unique to this complex)
1) Caramel popcorn is super sugary, whereas salted popcorn is a healthier choice.
2) We would love cinemas to use alternatives to single use plastic lids and straws (especially given plastic pollution problem here in Malaysia).
3) Having water refill stations will allow people to stay hydrated and reduce plastic waste. Yes, some revenue may be lost but return visits might increase notably if all clients feel catered for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service yesterday as I was going to watch Spiderman no way home because they say I can't have my e redemption snack and will have to wait together with the rest who are buying at the counter.
How smart can they be? What's the point of having a e redemption options! The counter team seems to be not bothered as asked me to wait at the back at the line. There were like 10 of us affected and after complaining they open another counter for e redemption and closed the on counter purchase! Why can't they plan their manpower better!
Second bad experience with GSC, first was NU Sentral when they stopped half way for end game as their projector was heated! What's the point of buying of MBO while your service is the worst! Your admin is your only plus point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GSC one utama… Wasted more than 1HOUR because of your technical problem… movie cancelled and you’re telling me that I’m not able to get 100% refund… terrible! ?
@update 11.6.2022, after several complains to GSC, they finally agreed to refund full amount as per my receipt. I'm happy with it now :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for 4DX. Thought it was gimmick but man, IT'S CRAZY...?
Seat was stiff & not much comfortable when compared to D-BOX seats. Also little smelly too. But the experience that I had from 4d was totally craziest. The motion was aggressive. Effects were awesome. Specially the rain, mist, & wind. Words aren't enough to describe the fun. You'll must try this. Choice of movie is very important too. Because some movies they don't calibrate the effects properly. Watched Venom 2, the movie was pretty bad but 4dx effect they calibrated was amazing. For those who have motion sickness, back pain, you should avoid this.
RM32.5/ RM27(Wednesdays & morning shows) is little pricey, still it's recommended. Great for action movies.
Edit: I watched Spiderman in 4dx too but this time, the projection was so bad. Daytime scenes were too bright (overexposed) & kinda blurry. I watched the same movie in Tropicana Gardens Mall (Hall 1) & their projection was so good & quite detailed when compared to One Utama.

Very cheap the price ticket and under budget ?
Cinema hall for very nice and clean..
Also by the self tickets ..
Have Restaurant for food also price is very reasonable ☺️
And screen X experience is very good ..
Also the sound quality ..
