★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old and first 4 screens are fine but the new 5 to 10th screen is just phenomenal. Screen is huge.
The best feature would still be the pricing. It is way cheaper than its competition. Though, their online system is still a mehh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 Spiderman No Way Home Dolby Atmos tickets for today (22 Dec 2021, 11.30 am - Hall 10). Everything is a mess. Starting from the popcorn counter, 11 am still not operation yet. Then the technical issue at hall 10. The technical problem happened for 4-5 times from 11.35 until 12. It really ruined my mood as a movie lover. I asked them for a refund or re-schedule my movie time to 2.30pm. They then 'sidai' me and another few customers yang nak refund tu more than 20minutes. They didnt even ask for apologize. So starting today, I will never ever go tengok wayang at this cinema again. I dont even want to give any star actually. VERY LOUSY CINEMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder if I can give one star,the cleanliness of the place is worst than one could imagine especially the toilet.Even after we informed them about the condition they could answer us that they only clean once in a week and they have no suffiecient staff.Like seriously??!! It a public place and somemore during this pandemic they only clean once in a week.Thats terrible. And the food they are selling only popcorn,soft drink and water.How to rate this condition of the cinema?I m so disappointed bringing my elderly parents.I hope they will take appropriate steps to make this place better like last time.Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i often went to watch movies here because this place is not too crowded. but few days ago i bought online ticket for dr.strange 2 and showed the staff my purchase through the app. they told me i need to go to counter and print my ticket? and there is no one assisting online ticket counter. i had to queue at the normal counter which there was a long queue since it was first day dr strange 2 released. got in late about 15mins the movie started. why do they even bother having an app then need to go to counter to get the ticket printed anyways? waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work at the mall few years back, sometimes after working hour me and my colleagues would go and watch movies here. Pretty nice. Not too crowded. I never came here if im not on my shift. Usually went to aeon, so i dont know the experience of booking or watching as someone not working in the mall..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ firstly, the efficiency in answering phone calls. I don't understand why none of my calls were answered despite calling during the opening hrs.
Secondly, the movie was played 10 minutes late while were were left to staring at the blank screeen. Aren't you suppose to play some ads, or trailers the least? I waited so long to the point that I decided to go down to the entrance to discuss with the staffs there.
Third is the ambience in the cinema and the way out of the cinema. This tops all the reason MMCineplex is the worst cinema.
The sound system, air-conditioner needs an upgrade! Clean up thoroughly after every show.
Also, the exit path back into the malls has strong garbage smell and so filthy. No wonder people barely come to this cinema.worst place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the movie hall. But it is troublesome when the escalator is not working. I've booked online to watch a movie with family, and there is someone with weak heart problem. We take 15 minutes to climb those freaking high stairs! Besides that, the exit path is so dirty & smelly. I will never come here after this, better go to other cinema.
