β β β β β Highly recommended! They safe my phone! Please look for this team to fix your phone problem.
The battery of my Google Pixel 3XL was swollen and phone is cracking due to this. issue. Got the recommendation from my brother to contact Mobiklinik. They were professional and very patient in answering all my questions. When they can start to operate during phase 1 of recovery plan, they contacted me right away to book an appointment. The technician was on time. I did not even have to leave my phone for long. He fixed my phone within 40 min at my car porch. My phone is all well now. Thank you so much.
I requested them to fix another phone. After they diagnosed, they advised me not to repair as it is not very serious yet and still functioning. Just don't leave the battery charged overnight. Thank you for the advise.

β β β β β Very efficient service, much needed during this pandemic when movement is restricted. Contacted them at around 9am. Customer service understood the problem with my phone immediately, gave an all in quotation and assigned a technician very swiftly for an appointment at 11.30am on the same day. The repair was done on the spot within less than a hour. The entire procedure was very smooth and quick without any hassle. Very happy to have my phone up and working again without the worry of leaving it at a repair shop for hours. Thanks also to the technician for the tips given to prevent the same damage to the phone. Kudos for a job well done.

β β β β β Had a bike fall and cracked my Google Pixel 3 screen. As IT nerd I used to change the parts myself but have been busy on work to DIY this round. So I just went to Google Maps to find nearby shops to help and stumbled upon Mobiklinik. I was intrigued with the 5 star review so contacted them to try out. As Google phones are not commoner in Malaysia, Mobiklinik took about a month to source the parts and the phone eventually revived and looks like new! Impressive service by the team and quality workmanship. 1 suggestion is Mobiklinik should reply the appointment not only in WhatsApp but also email. Like my case, my phone was dead so I had no access to WhatsApp till I got a new phone the next day. Same might happen to other customers.

coz I'm the sales advisor, all my important detail and phone number is there and MOST important is when u need HELP, I have called to more then 10 service centre, even they haven't close, but they are giving me the NEGATIVE respond such as , MISS..... now is almost close and some more we need time to check your phone , is quite impossible to do it now. my heart is breaking, and when I google the "phone repair at Setia Alam" pop up this number, the Girl who answer my call is polite, friendly, helpful and she try to help me and at the same time "cool down" my heart, she is soft spoken, nice tone and I want to say "million Thanks " to her for her HELPING hand, for me is not about how big is your service centre, how many people is woking as a TEAMS , the most is the EFFORT they have put into me. and they ask me not to worried, they will come to my place right now.
Thanks God for the helping hand and thanks for their kindness and the one that help me to handle my phone also very polite, kind and I like to give them 1xxxxxx like and thumbs up. will definitely recommend to all my friend and colleague.
As all of us also know .... phone is our everything :)

β β β β β Very pleased with their service. Mr Ng was knowledgeable, and honest when he said that the job would take longer than anticipated due to the nature of my phoneβs problem. They also accommodated my timings. Mr Ng imparted good phone care advice. Payment was seamless with QR methods. Not that mention, stellar customer service - prompt and polite replies in assisting customers.? recommended!
