β β β β β Service is good. Better than the one in KTCC mall in Kuala Terengganu wanted to charge me RM80 to check my phone and needed 3 days to check.
Here only RM30 and within 2 hours already know my phone condition.
Sadly, the repair cost for Samsung S20 is RM2K++ which I used only 10 months and it is not under warranty because I bought a display unit.
What I can say Samsung phone quality have dropped.
My Samsung S10 is still standing strong until today.
Been a Samsung hardcore for 20 over years and I giess is time for me to source for other brand...
