★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible shop. Incredibly rude owner. Started speaking to with a mouth full of cigarette smell (can smell even with mask on). Was told to leave and not to go to second floor if we are not interested in buying because of the 20 people policy during MCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ refer to sales order number S01912/0252,which 29 December a day after I received my item i already feedback to your sales that 2 dining chair dented and scratches as your sales personnel on leave and your counter personnel when I come to your shop told me I need refer back your sales. But your sales told me will feedback and maybe after Chinese New year only deliver. Then later after Chinese New year February 20,I get info supplier not back to work due to corona virus. Then last Saturday when I ask your sales told me that Malaysia close country and furniture from China cannot come in. I check with my factory logistics he told me items from China can come in to penang, Malaysia as our factory buy raw materials from China and no issue on this. I want ask is furniture from China really cannot in or this 2 defect dining chair Modern art won't replace for me actually? May I know what is Modern arts decision as email no reply since 19 May 20 by you all and your sales personnel when I ask why furniture from China unable to come in to our country and is it government decision, she unable give me an answer since 16 May 20

Secondly, the boss was yelling horrible insults and slurs at people while my children were right beside me. Do yourself a favor and go get higher quality items at the same price from IKEA.
