★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden along Jalan Tanjung Tokong Lama, there is a little morning market behind SRK Tanjung Tokong. This market cater mainly for the local community, and the people who grew up here and have moved out. The morning market contains stalls or small vans that sell regular wet market goods, e.g. fishes, chickens, beef, noodles, veggies, fruits, groceries and hakwer foods.
Across the street, there is a small food stalls selling fried noodles, sweet cakes and nasi lemak. The mee goreng is delicious and the nasi lemak is equally tasty. For nasi lemak, you can pick your dishes (telur goreng/rebus, bilis, ikan goreng, ayam goreng, daging rempah...) or the standard one with nasi+telur rebus+bilis+kuah cili merah. On my weekend 10K steps brisk walk, occasionally have my nasi lemak and teh tarik kurang manis at the stall. Come visit the stall to understand the meaning of 'cheap and good'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning markets , simple marketing items sell here ,village type get known each ( friendly., politeness service ( how a customer can make a decision (opening) talk )..other , price effort reasonable , some itemized need to buy / ordering before closing time like theirs jokingly type person of oku ,an the hard to pass a day with out incomes , some people provide help. To Them regarded their villages make ways to ??????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best morning market in zon area timur laut penang.not only market but there are alot of variety food you can find in town,from kueh mueh until nasi lemak/lemuni/tomato& campur you can find here...roti canai/tosai/capati... anything malaysian people having for breakfast are the best here....Market are never going to disapointed you cause everything you can get it here in one place from vegetable until fish/meat/chicken&eggs...got here.How about fruit???Also can get it here...absolutely no regret...(Extra)... if you are looking for bag,toy or accessorry also they are here.Simply...easy to said,its the best and economy saving market you can found this side of island,penang.(SAVE MONEY HERE&DELICIOUS FOOD).Tanjong Tokong morning market...tq.
