Venue very hard to find and small to accommodate 100+ couple. Programs provided too brief and general. Cant learn much. waste of time. There are plenty better parentcraft workshop out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a damaged and poor condition baby cot via an online order. The wood was chipped and the paintwork was badly done. I received no offer of compensation or refund. The cot was 500RM so I would have expected better.

When the item is delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address because of the mistake from the sender I believe it is the sender's responsibility to sort it out with the courier service when the item is not signed for as no one is home hence the reason for the different addresses. But the customer service just taichi'd the problem back to the customer to settle it themselves because "our seller is busy regarding our big event warehouse sales, they can't do anything."
