★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The market proper arrangement. 1 side for food court. 1 side for vegetables.. 1 side for wet market and another side for clothings and hardware. Food court also got few nice menu to try. Overall ok just for wet market limited seafood since not much stall for that. I came early morning and seem clean still. Toilets also clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T most expensive market I have been for now??. Just staying this area for few month & still exploring ??♀️ For me it’s just too much. Look at t picture all that for RM14.?don’t mind paying more but So f$$king minded if I feel like been fooled everyone I went there.???♀️ for me it is bit pricey even for wet stuff such fish,prawn etc .they just whack whatever price they gonna charge u
u & I made a decision of not going there anymore?. this market lack of choices for wet stuff

Towards Chinese New Year the Dishes are getting more expensive and they are not cheap any more ?
Curry Fish Clay Pot (2 pieces of Fish Steak) @ RM48.00, Stir Fried Kang Kong with Chillies Paste, Steam Century Eggs & Bean Curds with Minced Pork = Grand Total RM94.00 ?
Ah Boy Economic Rice Stall has turned into Kew Ong Nya Vegetarian Stall from 16th to 25th October 2020.
Prices are reasonable.
Serving warm dishes.

But the Coffee Stall will close around 1.45 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the local markets. Street food is great - Hokkien Mee, Char Koay Teow, Sar Hor Fun etc. You can buy very cheap home clothes and fruits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small local wet market, convenient to stock up on our weekly supply of vegetables, fruits, meat, dried stuff. Choice of fish is limited in variety.
The best is the cheap and tasty hawker fare, starting from RM1.50 to RM4.50, for a decent tasty Char Koay Teow. The famous Economy Beehoon with Ikan Bilis will always have a long queue.
The food area maybe slightly dark, cramp and not that spick and span, so should not expect too much. But no worries as I never encounter any tummy upset after eating the food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wet market and also a hawker centre. The wet market has a wide selection of fresh seafood, poultry, pork, vegetable and fruits, dry sundry items and more. There's also a baking ingredient shop, clothing stalls, kitchenware store, etc. For the hawker food section, I particularly like the Hokkien Mee, Hokkien Char, Jawa Mee, Economy Beehoon Mee, Dimsum & Bao, Apom, just to name a few.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curry mee so so only. RM6 with stingy ingredient even I already pay extra RM1.50 from original price RM4.50 for extra ingredients. Not worth. 2 star
Koay teow tng was delicious. RM4 for small bowl with fishball and minced pork. Minced pork was wonderfully done with winter vefe (dong cai). 4 star
Ban Juan kuih (pancake) was using traditional way of charcoal fire. Delicious and crispy if serving hot. RM1.10 per plain version. Therefore, make sure u take those freshly made, or else will regret. 3 star
Fried be hoon was delicious, with special sauce and anchovies. RM1.60 for large serving and RM1.40 for small serving. Economical for big eater. Always long queue. 3 star
