★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have my 1st & 2nd Cv19 vaccination. Please was nice and cozy. Process was smooth as better although quite a number of people. Only thing that needs to be looked at is the parking area .Takes quite some time to get into the parking area. Otherwise this PPV centre rocks!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciate the professional service given from the doctor and nurses. They did great job.
One star deducted because there is room of improvement for facilities provided. The parking entrance is too narrow. When I went for toilet in 5th floor, 3 out of 3 basins are out of service and 1 out of 3 toilets is out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arrival 5/Oct 9.55am at MSU guardhouse and need to go straight inside to park under the bridge. Walk and line up and 10.30am my daughter able to go in for the vaccination turn. Final entrance parents cannot go in. Need to wait around 1hrs to finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for my family booster appointment. Overall the process is smooth and the staffs, including the guard are friendly. However, I am disappointed with the multi-storeys parking building structure and design.
Every entrance are narrow for larger size commercial vehicle, no lights in the immediate entrance floor and the subsequent one. The wall of the structure are not painted, like a rush job. No sign or landmark for visitors to be informed which parking floor they are.
The lift to hospital lobby is equipped with pathetic small size of screen to display the floor number that the lift has reached.
The mgmt should seriously look into this as this is spoilt the overall image of private specialist hospital. You may refer to hospital KL which is government hospital but their multi storey parking are well much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my booster vaccination within 5 mins! Super fast and friendly helper. For those who need direction.
I park at hospital parking (need to pay). Go down from hospital parking to L1 and walk in through the hospital main gate. And there will be people guiding you.
Don’t go straight away to L2 at the parking lot, its different than the main hospital gate. Must go through the main one.

I was given an appointment via MySejathera to have my first covid vaccine jab here at 3 pm. This is a new three-year-old private teaching hospital in Shah Alam. The service is excellent right from the beginning. Right from the moment l got down from the taxi dropped off point, the courteous staff on duty guided me to the 2nd floor. From there, l visited 6 stations to complete the registration, the verification, the jab and the next appointment etc, etc for my second dose on 7 July 2021. All smoothly conducted in less than 40 minutes! Kudos to the front liner. Keep up the good work.
Update: 2 Jul 2021
Completed my second dose of vaccine today in less than 20 minutes. Kudos to the frontier in MSU.
