★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very slow service. Kitchen obviously understaffed. Food is not fresh. Took 1 hour for food to arrive and extremely rude putlet manager who was shouting rude remarks at customers through waiter. I love ramen outlets and this certainly is not one and certainly did not behave as one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sashimi and grill fish is acceptable. As for the grill beef, it's below standard. Probably there's less order and the stock is no moving fast enough. Pricing is reasonable. Not bad a chioce for a simple Japanese meal. They offer set meal at very attractive prices too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the serving portion which is considerably small, the food including drinks are too overpriced. Every meal / set cost minimum rm30++ but not enough filling to a hungry tummy. Many of the don / bento sets are available only during weekdays too. Overall not a recommended place for hungry souls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper workflow, making the serving and cleaning of table unorganized, employees slacking at the counter so called waiting to serve food while the time can be spend on cleaning the table. Even if restaurant is quite empty letting ppl wait outside. Should just fire the manager

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 3rd day of CNY 2022 at around 9.00pm .Waiting was fine as knowing it was peak season,but the Chinese lady at the cashier(not sure if she is the manager/supervisor)was acting really rude not only to staff, even to customer. Worst service,no next time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is not cheap and portion served isnt too generous. Tastewise cant say its bad but not exceptional. We expected that food is not gonna be cheap up in genting. Service is acceptable but they wrongly charged drinks that were not ordered but to their credit they didnt fuss over it and refunded the amount. Dinnertime could be crowded so maybe try after the crowd subsides.

The udon is soggy and not chewy.
We even ordered the dynamite sushi. The sushi is disappointing, the rice is not Japanese sticky rice.
The actual menu price is not the same as the poster on outside the wall. Just a reminder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re here trusting the google reviews… maybe something happened but the food is bad. Rice that looks like dry porridge, chicken portion that looks like it’s been robbed. Don’t say I haven’t warned you…. Don’t come.
