★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have dinner with beautiful view on top of the building. The staffs are friendly, the service is good and quite spacious for gathering/event. Recommend to try the shell out dishes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with a selection of restaurants nearby. Ample parking across the road. Room was small, but nice decor. There was an issue with the bathroom light flashing whenever the water heater was switched on. Requested for a copy of my invoice/receipt for a stay 3 weeks ago, and they were not able to provide it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a budget hotel, I rate this hotel and the rooms as a 5 (five) star hotel. Its near to quite a lot of places of interest in Muar town. Eg Tanjung Emas, Muar River Cruise, Art Street alley, yummy mee bandung muar, morning satay breakfast,the mosque etc. Try it, and u will fall in love.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice attempt to reconstruction the shoplot with modern / classic design, however, for me personally, the location for a hotel is odd with close to none facilities, either for business occasion or for family trip. The room is way too small and poorly maintained, and the acoustic treatment is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and helpful. But 2nd Floor roomss under the 3rd floor restaurant are very fnoisy at night when the restaurant is open till late. Those moving chairs and furnitures noises are so unbearable and annoying. Other than that, it was very good. They took care of every little things that means a lot to tourists. Also, another issue, we have been in Malaysia 14 days now. checked in 6 different hotels so far. This is the only hotel still charging tourists tax 10 ringgits per night per room. Wonder why the other hotels none of them charged us the tourists tax. Asked for explanation, no reply still. I knowwe have to pay that before covid as a common practice. But now just wondering why no other hotels charged us so far except mou boutiqu hotel. Please shed some light if you know. so ridiculous they wanted to charged per room per night per person at the beginning. Hey, luckily I checked and have it reversed. Otherwise, 90 ringgits for 3 nights of tourists tax, it’s far far too rich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a beautiful small hotel at a very strategic location. We stayed at family room, at level 2 overlooking the river. The room is small and basic, but clean and cozy. Our room have 2 beds.. a queen and a single divided with partial wall. Each space got tv and suitable for small family or 3 adults. Water pressure is good. Easy to find food around the hotel. Limited parking also provided for free or else just park anywhere infront of the hotel & pay for it. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing, the food also taste good but too bad the staff there were not friendly and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel have lovely receptionists and staff. Friendly and helpful. The parking is opposite the hotel. My only gripe. Fine if you're young and able bodied. Quite ma fan when I've an older person travelling wt me. The hotel itself is uniquely decorated. Small rooms but comfortable. Worth the price paid. The roof is great to take photos wt the backdrop of the Muar River and the Sultan Ismail mosque. Location is also close to the many popular food spots. Overall a pleasant stay. Could use some improvement.
