I booked my appointment from the customer service through whatapps. however the staff in charge make a wrong appointment treatment for me. Luckily the consultant staff apologize and check with the customer service and follow up the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD, NO REFUND on remaining treatment u paid even you see no result or have skin problem. I have done 3 treatments on my lower leg , I signed the 6 treatments package. After 6 months of doing it, I hardly see any result. Worse of all, after a few hours I done my third treatment, I started to have itchy red bumps on my legs, my pores were swollen, the itchiness even wakes me up in the midnight and it last for 3 days. Even worse, I went back to the salon the next day, showing them my leg with red bumps, asking for a refund for the remaining session that I have paid but they said it was non-refundable, they can only allow me to use it for another large part which was useless because the remaining 4 treatments wont do any good and i am afraid of having red bumps again. After 2 weeks, they called me, they still insist that I can only change part for my further treatment, no refund and even ask me to just continue with my lower leg treatment. I got very angry and disappointed. It was stated in their website that they will refund the remaining treatment for unsatisfied customer with proper reason. I still don't get any call from the salon and its been nearly a month. Be aware because they have change the installment payment,you will have to pay every time you visit the salon and you may just done your payment before you get to see any satisfied result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been good so far. I value time and if there is staff availability, they would have two persons to do it for you at once. I have been here for the past 1.5 years and I can already see the results. Extremely satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Musee IOI city mall Putrajaya for the past few month and today I went to the one in Conezion since they have relocated.
Ally is amazing! She does it with so much of patience and she doesn't rush through it.
She takes her time and makes sure everything is done properly. And her after care advices are really good. No one has given me after care advices except for her to be honest. In fact, I've had a few of them rushing through it so they get it done fast!
I've done with Ally a few times and I'm loving it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give a low rating because after 5 YEARS with Musee, the results have NOT BEEN effective. I barely missed any of my scheduled treatments over the years, and have been following the advices given by them to me diligently in order to ensure efficient results. I understand different individuals will have different results, but I think 5 years is just waaaaay TOO LONG, despite them telling me it takes an average of 2 years. I am so disappointed with the results, even the consultant agreed with me! I also had to add new packages (so much $$$ spent) to continue the treatments because I have invested too long into this.
That said, the staffs have been professional and helpful.
