★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don't recommend 1 star.... Der wr so much of cigarette buds in the kids play area...the play area is near to a dustbin with a very bad smell coming.... Totally not recommended a family to stay... Very bad maintance with light issue in most of the floor.... V complain evryweek to change d bulbs in corridors which keeps blinking all night.... Bad choice of apartment if ur with a family.... NOT GOOD APPARTMENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very small. Spent $700,000 ringgit, but converted into US dollars, you could buy a 5 bedroom brick house on the lake. Feels like a huge ripoff, despite the city view and security it's overrated.

rental fully furnished approximately rm1800 complete a nice kitchen L-shape ( 17ft ) c/w 3 rooms not large but sufficient in size , overall can fullfill a need or requirement recommended by kenny customer careline your wardrobe kitchen specialist check it out on google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with condo quality which able to hear foot step and others sound from above unit even if they are not make heavy sound. The garden is not look like garden they just bought the single flowerpot and put only. The playground should not be on the ground floor and also very small. Have no bin in each floor which inconvenience since we paid for maintenance fees but didn't get any good services. It's not worth to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly ready place. Lobby has air conditioning. High floors with amazing view. Parking space is a little tight. Good security. Need access card to enter the stairs from the parking space. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HYE Guys. Me and my friends stay here for 3days 2night. It was awesome.. The airbnb owner that we rent also so sweet. The house really clean and got a lotnof facility... We also went for swimming. Everything perfect
Parking tips
If u got two car , make sure to choose airbnb that have tadem parking
For other visitor, u can park outside the apartment, there's a parking lot but i can't guarantee the safety and other issue.
There's a minimarket infront of the apartment, i think it suits for family and friends to
For food tips, i think u should use food panda/ go out around for food.
