★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously I have never experienced such services that is so bad to the point my whole family was in rage. We are here to enjoy the food, and we paid for service charges, what I want is a decent service!!!!! The cashier is not helpful AT ALL and SHOW US FACES and give us a really bad experience. While my mom was ordering for food, my mom just asked some questions about the menu, the cashier showed aversion and eyes were rolling up! Not to mention, the cashier just ignore our questions and pretend she couldn't hear us despite the fact that my mom has asked so many times just to ensure she heard it. The spark of the fight is when we asked for extra cutlery set, the cashier stared at us and showing mere aversion again! I HERE REQUEST FOR A PROPER ACCOUNT ON THIS INCIDENT AS WE WERE HERE TO ENJOY, NOT SEEING FACES OF THE CASHIER AND DECREASE OUR APPETITE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried steam chicken ginger rice, fish porridge and steam radish cake but take 30 minutes for radish cake due to cashier ladies forgot to follow up.... but wonder why the cashier ladies still black face with us? Maybe don't like our face or wearing ba..... overall the food is really nice but without a proper service customer will give up to visit again. Sometimes customer are willing to pay not because of the product is because the friendly staff?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up our orders. Despite reminding twice took 1 hr to serve 2 miserable dish. Not a good experience for us.
Food wise , fairly good. The siow long pau would be better if it was steamed long enough. The dough was still slightly hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit small place to eat. It shares dining table with other stalls in the food court. Price reasonable but the taste a bit plain. Sichuan sauce not that spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve eaten here a few times, service is good and food is served promptly, but today they served the siew mai in a steam basket that was mouldy. Even the siew mai smelled one kind. Showed it to the people at the counter and they said it’s just burn marks from long term steaming, the guy even scratched it to show me that it won’t come off (with the two remaining siew mai inside) and I’m assuming they think I’ll still take it back? Hello, hygiene?! Last time here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy quick bite place. However with the limited number of tables and chairs, it can be challenging to find a seat. Food tastes average with some items not available on the menu. Only giving this place 3 star as they charge if we wanted more chilli sauce.
