Lots of parking a but Exit signage was not clear, people have been slightly lost tryong to get out.
Most of the shops closed at nights except for bars and pubs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To live here, everything is ok. It's close to IKEA, Tesco, MRT. There's multi-level carpark, swimming pool, gym, podium garden. However I have issues with the traffic during peak hour. The ingress is located too close to traffic lights so to enter it, I need to go through series of congestion. Other issues is that the water supply is not clean, it's stainy - I wonder when's the last time they wash the tank? And lastly, cockroaches and stench keeps on coming from the floor trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to live. Many foreigners, confusing car park system where you have to enter the building itself before you can exit. Location is in front of the traffic light, really troublesome during peak hours. Wall not thick enough to block out the sound from other units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the Studio unit. Spacious with all the amenities provided. Clean room, cosy bed, nearby IKEA, the Curve etc. Lots of eateries n pubs nearby so food n recreational night activities won't be a problem.
