★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked-in for a 2-hrs body massage. At first, they say there's a masseur. But suddenly no masseur bcoz she have to go back early, have sudden plan. Not professional at all.
The receptionist also playing phone - i have to wait few seconds just to wait until she finished texting.
Definitely will not come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both me and my boyfriend went for a massage. The lady at the reception insisted we take the 2 hours massage , foot and full body. So we did bcs it was a reasonable price however after the massage my boyfriend ended up with stiff neck and couldn’t lift his arm for a few days. The lady he got was a young Indonesian girl I think maybe does not hv the skills to massage . Please owner ensure tht your masseurs are truly skilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably my first negative review for a massage place as I always appreciate hard work but this is very much a problem with lack in training and guidance because both our therapists had the same problem. And when I checked with another friend who came prior to us, she too mentioned the same problem.
I did a 1.5hr massage with my mom. The therapists have strength and pressure but no skill. They took feedback well and improved a little on the spot and I believe they have so much potential to be better if they were properly trained. Almost all pressure points were missed. Their strokes were with pressure but not firm. Strokes were too fast and should be slowed by at least half the time and therefore simply too rough. Many of their strokes slid throughout the session and therefore why I say "with pressure but not firm" They were working hard throughout but all effort went to waste because of lack in knowledge and training I believe. Knowledge of pressure points and timing/pressure for strokes are very basic and important for any therapist so I hope the owner provides such training and guidance as soon as possible.
