β β β β β This is based on remodified colonial style shophouses. Very spacious, in fact much too large for less than 4 persons. As a family of 6 we had the whole house to ourselves. Water pressure can be lacking, and there are no ACs in the common area, relying on old school fans and natural ventilation. However, location is unbeatable - just 2 streets away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 5 mins walk to Jonker and the river areas.

β β β β β Excellent place for families. Ample parking provided. Very clean and the owners have tried to maintain the old look. Very nyonya traditional looking house. The whole unit is yours. However the water pressure is poor, have to pay for cleaning services, no microwave and no cooking utensils provided. Owners are friendly and helpful in giving tips on good food outlets. The recently opened food street is very close by, walking distance about 200m. Even Jonker street is very near. You can have a pleasant walk if it is not too hot.
