★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A particular male staff was VERY rude. His name is Shamir or something like that. He yelled at me, threatened me. His exact words were, "Sekarang ni I tolong you tau?! Dekat store ni I seorang yang buat kerja, kalau I taknak buat, you tunggu je lah sampai bila-bila." Translation: "I'm helping you now, you know? I'm the only one at this store. If I refuse to do, you can just wait there." Unacceptable! My phone was already at the centre for 3 weeks, with no update whatsoever. Not a single call nor email. I was an Oppo fan but after such a mistreatment, I will never buy any Oppo product anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, sent my phone for service, being told that it will be done by 4 days, ended up 3 weeks till now no feedback of when the phone will be done.
When I call them to asked for updates, I got yelled at and threaten by the service guy. The exact words were " I sekarang tolong u tau, I satu orang je yang kerja sini. Kalau I tak nak layan you, U tunggu la sampai bila bila. Translated to "I'm helping you here, I'm the only person working at this store now, if I refuse to repair your phone, you wait la untill who knows when you can get your phone back.
I reported this to the HQ and their only response was the relevant department will reach out to you. Hello Oppo? It has been three weeks!!! And till now no one from the relevant department called me?
I honestly felt mistreated as a consumer. To add on to the case, my phone start to face the same issue when it is only 3 months old from purchased.
Same issue persists over and over and with this kind of after sales service attitude, there's no way I'm ever gonna buy any Oppo products anymore.
I'm totally disappointed and frustrated with Oppo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience with this OPPO Service center. The staff is rude and yelling at me through the phone, even threaten me that he is the only one who work there and can help on my phone repair.
I'm very disappointed with OPPO, is this how you treated your customer. Did you properly trained your employee? Is this kind of service attitude you are delivering to your customer?
I even file complaint to HQ, but it seems like you OPPO did not take your customer review or opinion seriously. No action or feed back from you OPPO.
