โ โ โ โ โ I spoke to the lady Joy over the call at 4:05pm today and confirmed in the offer displayed on their website which isRM139 for 3 xperience. She confirmed and asked me to come to the center. When i reached the citidel center at around 4:40 she told me that the offer is not applicable anymore and they just removed it. She was trying to push me the more expensive ones which is for 10/20 hrs. When i requested to speak to her seniors she said i am the area manager and i take these calls

โ โ โ โ โ Always fully booked. Didn't manage to get in as MySejahtera status is yellow ("casual contact no symptoms). 3 star for entertaining me through WhatsApp and phone call.

โ โ โ โ โ The front desk staff by the name Lily extremely rude. Did not handle customers well. questioning appointments when its already been made. unwelcoming. rude. very wrong to place someone like her in the front desk. Allowed other customers who came straight to the massage room when existing customers (with appointments and waiting for more than 20 mins) have not been served. appointment times should be honoured and if there is delay (which we understand) those who are waiting should be served first. We are returning customers who have bought packages made times. Did not expect to be served this way. Annie is also no better. Hire more people like Tanzir. If not for him I would not have bought the package. but I wont anymore with people like Lily and Annie around.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff, mostly from Borneo but highly skilled. They have a waiting lounge and clean facilities. I like that you can watch movie while getting your feet massage. A lot of attractive packages available.

โ โ โ โ โ Therapists are fine, but women at frontdesks definitely need further training because their services are the worst.
1. Keep pushing for packages
2. Always, fully booked, none of a day i am able to get the slots i actually want
3. Packages have expiry dates but information in advance given
4. Again, KEEP PUSHING FOR PACKAGES
Both chinese women, i'm done with this place.
