★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i booked my appointment 1 week before. came on time, it was my 1st time there and the lady at the counter was nice. i was told to wait because the treatment room was full. 30mins into waiting one of the staff said sorry, i hv to wait maybe another 20mins because they havent settled the previous patient, and the treatment room is still full. waited another 20mins and when i asked they said "sorry kak lama lagi". so i just cancelled my appointment and went home. maybe isolated case but it was a disappointing experience.
