★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real bad service. No one pick up my phone. Called them twice. Only mechine able to answer. You received money but serve bad service. Renew my driving licence about 10 August 2021 but till today, 27 August 2021, I did not receive any. How long customers need to wait??? Its been 17 days without driving licence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad service, First the support team asked me to book quarantine for 10 days as my 1 year old daughter was not vaccinated(As no Vaccines are available for Infant), also charged me full amount for 1 year old infant, even after having a policy that till 6 years kids stay free., At airport they ask me to quarantine for 7 days.
Now i have been following up to get refund for both the additional payment
1) Full amount charged for infant
2) 3 days additional quarantine charges.
No response on mail and no one pikcup the call.
Awaiting response till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best service. I attempted to renew my road tax here, with the delivery period stated as 2 working days. Road tax still not yet arrived, close to 2 weeks and customer service being unreachable throughout. I was on the line for more than 30 minutes and no one answered my call. Also, the delivery status is still in pending to delivery.
As a consumer, I understand that there is a high demand but the issue of having a large influx of orders should not be an excuse, especially since we have been in the MCO for more than a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MYEG is the worst service platform that I experienced. We used to renew our foreign workers permit through MYEG, they had many staffs but not sure they are working or not working. Our workers permit since last year, 2021 until now yet to come out from MYEG. We follow-up with MYEG, always no status. We paid the whole year levy since last year but never seen the permit at all. We went to MYEG office, officer no solution, no status given. If MYEG couldn't cope with so many business, please DO NOT take the business. Please focus only what you could deliver. Poor service, MYEG! Actually I don't want to rate even a Star, but if I don't put atleast a Star, I can't post this review. MYEG, you not even deserve for a STAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience! I spent my lunch time purposely go over to collect my driver's license, but have waited from 1.25pm until 2.10pm and there is not a single person in the office, not even a notice put up to say what is the lunch hour, its not updated online as well! Lunch time and weekends are the timing most people can visit the office but they are closed! I don't believe there is still such bad service in todays era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star should be given. very very very bad service. I renewed my road tax on 4/8/2021 until today 11/8/2021 didn't receive the road tax. Two email have sent with no reply. Call to HQ, Ipoh , Setiawan , Kuala kangsar and Teluk Intan nobody pickup the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I renewed my CDL online on 14th March. Paid for the RM6 delivery and the card supposed to be delivered in 2 days. It's now day 5 and I called MYEG customer service and they said system shows my "card is damaged". So they need to reprint it. At the end of the call I asked roughly how long will it take - another few days or weeks, and the lady laughed and said "Sometimes it takes months". ?? Asked me to print the receipt and carry with me. 18/03/22 11.05am call
