★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took more than 3 hours to arrive. I’m not even hungry as I was full with anger. What a really bad service and I can’t cancel my order because I used the myeondong topokki app. Contacted the customer service on how to contact the branch other than calling them and got no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely slow service, bad food quality for the price. make yourself some rice and fried egg if you want a better meal and spare your hard earned cash. looking at other branches’ reviews it seems their mediocrity stems from HQ. they need a serious change in management both there and instore. The workers probably laze about bc they’re UNDERPAID/understaffed and don’t have a reason to worry about losing their jobs. this whole franchise is seriously pathetic, and judging from the other review from a few weeks ago, there’s been no changes whatsoever despite the restaurant’s response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would be my first and last time ordering from MyeongDong Topokki. Ordered Bulgogi Beef Deopbap on Shopee Food. None of the beef is chewable, it's all so tough and hard. Came with side dishes such as kimchi, ikan bilis, long beans but all very very little just probably one spoonful each. Very disappointed ☹️ only credits given is good packaging that's all

I ordered via Grab and delivery time was okay. I did specify to include extra Banchan and utensils. However, when i received my order, i had the most disappointing view on my food.
Food taste was not up to expectation (Jjajiang myun was a disappointment, kimchi jiggae was too sour and tasteless) eventho comes with complimentary drink(which tasted like plain water?). Great packaging tho.
This branch should not even have 1 star, 0 star should be it.
I will never buy from this branch anymore. Anyone out there who wants Korean, better order from other places, not worth the price in my opinion.
I spent RM46 for 2 sets of meal which include RM4 of Take away packaging fees. This is a disappointing meal and let my RM46 be a lesson to anyone reading this.
