I made my first purchase with MyGroser ODR-18415 and received on 16/4/2020 only to find out that some of the items are out of stock even though they marked as “available” all the times. MyGroser doesn’t bother to contact and they will not process the refund for you. You have to submit the request yourself. When I get to know this, I have quickly submitted my refund request together with the details of NS items via live chat and email on 17/4/2020. The auto reply said they need 7 working days to process so I waited patiently. No reply nor update was given. I follow up again on 28/4/2020, 4/5/2020 and 8/5/2020, all went in vain and UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SINGLE REPLY NOR MY REFUND. I think the integrity of this Company is in question. I feel exhausted having to follow up for so many times yet no response given for just one order. I am making complaint to the relevant authority. So I personally advise others not to buy from this Company unless you have nothing better to do during this period.

Bad customer service. Not even one star. Attitude is the problem. I choose the slot between 3pm to 9pm, wait until 8:35pm they only send us the message to let us know will be reach at 10pm. From the message, they said can be reschedule. SO, I call to MyGroser reschedule for tomorrow morning, AND THEN they told me it cant be reschedule, because tomorrow order is full, SO, no matter what, I have to wait until 10pm today. It doesn't make any sense, I have my own schedule too, I have my plan after 9pm, if not I wont choose the slot between 3 to 9pm. If your order is really full then don't let us choose the time slot. Seriously, this is not the first time I order from this website, I can said every order I purchase, it will be delay 1 to 2 hours from the time slot that I have chosen. I can understand currently we are facing the MCO problem, but I don't think this is the reason for it. I have given so many chances and this is the last time. I will not use this service again and will find other alternatives way. THE MOST mind blow part is the attitude problem. When I told them my situation, they wont listen and keep interrupting when I'm speaking. THEN, SHE JUST HANG UP THE PHONE !!! WHAT ?! I never met this kind of customer service before.

If you can find a slot, use a different service. I’ve used their service 11 times and every single time, my delivery will be late 1-3 hours. I understand that everyone is affected by the MCO, so I kept my complaints to myself. But every single time is a bit too much honestly. Don’t give the option of choosing time slots if you can’t keep to it. We might be stuck at home, but we still do have our own schedules to follow, our own plans. The time slot was chosen for a reason. The last straw for us (and the urge to write this review) came when I needed the ingredients to make my kid a birthday cake, and because the delivery was 2.5 hours late, we ended up having to celebrate the next day. Secondly, while they are responsive in the app chat, they are completely unapologetic. I may be nitpicking here, but sometimes a simple sorry goes a long way in customer service, especially when it’s your fault. I much prefer other apps over MyGroser, as they are always on time and their customer service is superb, very friendly, apologetic and quick to compensate. However during these times, when it’s hard to book a slot with the preferred apps, we have no choice but to continue with MyGroser. So I just suck up the bad feeling and roll my eyes when yet another delivery is delayed, but in easier times, I will never, ever order with them if I have a choice. I only give one star for the fact that their produce is fresh and well-packaged/handled….WHEN it arrives.

I've been using My Groser's service since very early day. Here are some pros and cons PROS: 1. Fresh vegetables, good quality 2. Customer chat usually fast in response CONS 1. Delivery time: earlier they were on time and now late 1-4 hours without any confirmation about the exact time. 2. Stock availability: some items we ordered were available on website yet on packaging days, they called and informed no stock available. Some days they don't even inform in advance. This leads to some issues later on payment refund process. Need more Improvements: The most important thing for online service is logistics and customer service. I suggest the leader team need to work on this more carefully before your clients no longer leave any reviews and get interested in your competitors already.

Good service and on time delivery. Vegetables all so fresh. When some goods out of stock, a lady call Ellan will inform me. Have been ordered few times since EMCO.

There was some delayed in my previous order, due to an unforeseen circumstances and sometimes it happens .Hence, I decided to give it another try & ordered some groceries, last night. It was delivered to me the following day,without any hiccups. Good customer service & I’m glad I gave it another try!!
