★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard them over BFM, did some research before making 2 purchases from Redtick.com online. Unfortunately, both experience were awful. I never get my full shopping list in both purchases as they consistently run out of stock for something. But, that's no big deal. The main issue is, not only are they not bothered in ensuring you get what you paid for (i.e. fulfilling their promise to customer); they make you go round the world for your refund.
In my first purchase, I received my refund after several calls, messages, and following up via Whatsapp. However, I got my money back in 2 days. MCO or whatever reasons it may be, at least I got my money back.
So, I gave another shot and purchased from them a month later. Again, they ran out of stock for one of my item and until today I'm still waiting for my refund - that's approximately 4 weeks ago.
The fresh produce I received aren't as fresh as what I got from Jaya Grocer though it's bearable. However, their prices is similar to Jaya Grocer. If you don't mind the frustration and not getting what you paid for - go ahead, Redtick.com online is definitely the choice.
