★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, I ordered mango cheesecake & I received strawberry cheesecake shaved ice. And when informed them that they made wrong order they just scrap the strawberry part on the shaved ice & pour mango on the top on the wrong order shaved ice. How lazy can the worker be? I paid RM 14 atleast you should change & give me a brand new coz you made the wrong order. Asked to change they showed face & changed giving a bad condition shaved ice. Terrible service & management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shaved ice was quite rough and staffs were so unfriendly, should have trained them to serve customer better. I've also asks for suggestion which one is good since the flavor that I usually have was unavailable and they simply just look at me and just show anything. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time trying Mykori and i'm actually impressed. It's super soft and super smooth. The taste is very delicate, i am a fan now. The place is nice but it's not very spacious. The open seating area is comfy but not much of a privacy. There are only 2 "indoor" spot provided which is more nice on the left and right of the counter. The staff are plain nice. Somewhat good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Become my favourite Mykori in Mytown recently opened. Very girly decor but still not spacious especially indoor - only 2 tables, each on the left and right side. Tables in hallway, no privacy. How can I enjoy my shaved iced peaceful when all eyes focus on me????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty interior design, definitely an insta-worthy place. Ice-shaved strawberry cheesecake flavoured was so-so. Croissant Taiyaki is the best, which I ordered cheesy chicken and I cant get enough! Their toast is also nice, a bit crunchy on the outside goes great together with the toppings, but it gets chewy when its cold.

- Staffs were not interested to entertain customer.
- sent me the wrong order. I ordered Mount Fuji Kakigori Large, the sauce given was Condensed milk instead of charcoal creme chantilly.
I paid RM23 for Mount Fuji Kakigori but got something like kenko Kakigori which is only RM 15 ?
I just received call from management team. Update at 9.31pm:
