All the waiter is good except one guy, I suppose he is the supervisor. He is not polite, abit rude.

โ โ โ โ โ Super filthy. The waiter had such a rude attitude about it that I finally had to clean my table myself with hand gel and a napkin. If you saw how much filth was on the napkin, . He also touched every piece of silverware on the top with his bare hands and gave us glasses with lipstick stains. The bottom of the plates were so dirty we couldn't even move the plates. Good location though.

โ โ โ โ โ Not being too critical Staff has bumped the plate of my baby cake and cutleryโs were super dirty, welcome by strange staff stood in front was blocking our way to go inside the restaurant Nandoโs is known in South Africa for amazing service and hospitality! This outlet is such a spoiler!! Strange for food quality 4 stars
For management and Hygine and etiquettes 1 star
practices of hospitality being served with dirty plates and cutlery!
Adding up to the review staff comes to me and says you are being so hard!
Itโs okay you want to report you do lah it just shows the careless attitude of the staff !
Second time also they brought me dirty spoons!

โ โ โ โ โ We hade whole chicken with 4 side and 4 drink and free sweet potato chips (promo RM95) great value for money, one thinga need to improve which is the hand washing area so dirty and water faucet need to fix

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice food. Good ambience but quite crowded. Good food but the problem is the menu. Scanning the QR code for menu is good but the digital menu was very user-UNfriendly. Such a hassle, even the staff made mistakes trying to order for us. Please simplify the steps and make it more user- friendly.
