★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online for Parasailing. We arrive at the Jetty near The Donna hotel. It was quite a far ride from where we stay, KUAH, about 40 mins.
We were taken on a short boat ride to another island where parasailing begins...as well with other water sport.
Whole process was about 45 mins from the start at jetty till the end.
It was the best parasailing. We were glad that weather was good.
Before we land on the boat, we got some dip into the water, i think you could op to stay dry. Our kids loved it very much. They spotted a jelly fish while up in the air. I am not sure how high but it seemed much higher than the one I tried at Bali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst water sport experience I've had yet. I walked from my hotel to get there at 9 and they told me to come back at 10 no booking necessary. So I went back an hour later and then said the boats were under maintenance. No communication and no proper service.
If they can't manage booking , think about safety how they are going to manage it.
They don't have what it takes to run a business.
They don't even have the manner to apologize, don't trust them.
Companies like this are bad for the country's image.
People travel from far away to come over and when you get here they give you ( I'm doing you a favor).
The sad part is we had so many options to choose from but we choose a Muslim country.
Shame on you ??????????::

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the absolute best - brand new jet-skis (not on their website) fantastic tour guides, awesome island and service - Its just amazing, (one of the greatest things i've done in my life!)
starts with a welcome drink on their own island, top guides, very very clean showers and change rooms - awesome food, Exclusive driver for pickup and drop off in VIP car - Seriously choose this company over the rest on the island. Thanks so much - we will be back!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place that takes great pride and care in everything they do. Extremely professional and exceedingly friendly. We went for a Christmas lunch and had a blast. If you are worried about doing waterspports in Langkawi, NAAM is an outfit I'd trust to stick to the highest level of safety and quality. Can't recommend enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parasailing was five stars and the guys who took us. Felt very safe and was so fun. Only giving 4/5 as the business around the parasailing was a bit money grabbing. We shouldn't have to pay extra for lockers when we paid so much for parasailing.

If you want to go parasailing, jet skying & banana boating all in one day all with one ticket, then by far the most professional company to buy from is Naam.
My wife and & tried them in Langkawi while on our honeymoon in April 2017. Definitely recommend them!

We booked for parasailing and sunset dinner cruise from their website. The price was higher than the other options I found in langkawi but I think It was worth the extra price. The staff were friendly and experienced.
