★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Royale Chulan 5 days 4 nights. Every night we definitely went to Nabil for dinner. They closed every Monday.We had tried ikan bakar, the sambal is so good not really spicy and kids can eat too. All goreng2 are also good and price is affordable especially those with big family dont worry not too pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good. Sambal sotong and ikan bakar tiga rasa was good. But i would question the cleanliness. Flies everywhere so it was uncomfortable. Usually local shops would put candles to divert the flies but not here. One of the worker was quite rude. Don't know if its because we were not from the east coast or he was having an off day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ikan bakar dia sedap. Totally recommend . Price very reasonable and for me personally sangat berbaloi. Services tiptop. If you datang with family , please make reservations first cause the place will be full house (during cuti sekolah or public holiday).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointing. Very slow service. We waited 1 hr 30min for white rice, tomyam and telur dadar. We didn't even order seafood Understaffed i guess. The cashier can still laugh and chat with the other staff while calculating our bill and ended up with miscalculated. I find it not professional. Tomyam tadtedbland too. Telur dadar was good, but you can never mess with telur dadar right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wait for 2 hours. Reason - they will send everything once food ready. We ordered, ikan bakar, tomyam, telur Dadar, ayam butter milk. Ikan bakar ready in 10 mins, but we received after 2 hours. Da sejuk. Service very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st they took my reservation with orders. I actually mentioned the order clearly for example 2 sets of kailan ikan masin for 2 people. But they combined it with 1 plate. It's not only kailan, our tomyam, prawn butter, daging masak merah. It was actually for 13pax orders individually but were combined. Horrible. Once viral, all good things gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service for western menu. Ordered pasta, chicken chop & burger, but after 45 mins, only pasta was done.
Male waiter didn’t properly let the chef know how long customer have been waiting. There were not many customers, only me and one other family when we arrived.
Even the Malay cuisine chef inside the kitchen noticed I’ve been waiting very long and eventually went to the western kitchen with another waiter to check on it. Had to cancel the order when they said only pasta was done after 45mins.
The male waiter is not fit for customer service (now looking at other comments in google review, i think they really should do something abt the waiter), and western menu chef is too slow. The malay kitchen seems to be moving quite fast and the food looks quite good really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, except the ikan bakar which was overcooked and fish not scaled so it was abit off putting for us. However the pricing here is very good. Taste wise the food was pretty good as well. Just cleanliness was an issue because the ikan bakar was just sitting in cold water with half a melted block of ice. Also there were many flies around.
