★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice apartment for student and office worker, many nice restaurants around the area. The facilities are adequate in addition with free shuttle bus that goes around sunway area. just perfect for those enjoy living in sunway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy environment, spacious common areas with full view of the south lake. Particularly like the infinity pool with the backdrop of Monash University beside the lake. You will find yourself living in the paradise when you swim during sun set hour. Friendly neighborhood, certainly a very nice place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so amazing, everything here is all brand new. Great facilities, amazing views. Depending on the occasion, you can see the fire works right at the balcony. Security is tight, so safety is highly essential. Great place to live. The only bummer part is just that the traffic jam can be so bad at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite and peaceful. A lot of facilities u could enjoy here. A study room/reading room, a games room that have a pool table for your teenagers to play. A gym, a sauna room, convenience store, a laundry service shop, popbox. They have a beautiful landscape at swimming pool area too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you can actually GO TO the private lake if you live here. anyway i went there to skate and it was terrible. the lake literally has crocodile-like creatures and the path isn't skatable,, but as a reading spot the lake gets a 10/10
