★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak buah saya yang berumur 6 tahun telah terlanggar tiang di pintu masuk kedai kain Nagoya ketika saya sedang memilih kain. Tiang tersebut telah bergoyang. Dengan pantas Salah seorang pekerja yang duduk dikaunter telah pergi ke tiang tersebut dan memarahi anak buah saya dengan kata-kata yang kasar iaitu "kan dah tulis Kat tiang, Tak nampak ke, Tak tahu baca ke". Kemudian berapa orang pekerja telah datang ke tempat kejadian Dan Salah seorang telah ambil skrewdriver untuk membetulkan tiang. Pekerja yang marah tadi telah kata lagi" siapa yang akan tunggu di kedai malam ni ." Kemudian saya minta maaf atas apa yang berlaku tetapi pekerja tersebut dengan sombong berkata "Tak guna dah maaf". Anak buah saya menangis ketakutan. Di Sini saya ingin mempersoalkan:
1. Beginikah caranya melayan pelanggan. Sombong dan tiada berbudi Bahasa. Saya mengaku kesalahan anak buah saya tetapi dia baru berumur 6 tahun dan belum lancar membaca Dan apa yang ditulis bersaiz kecil.
2. Ini menunjukkan bahawa kurangnya ciri-ciri keselamatan di kedai tersebut. Sepatutnya tiang tersebut perlu kuat dan ini menunjukkan ianya tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Bagaimana kalau di Masa yang lain Ada kejadian seperti tadi dan ditakdirkan tiang tersebut tumbang Dan menghempap orang. Cuba fikirkan ya pihak pengurusan Nagoya textile Bukit Rimau.
3. Tiada pekerja yang menunggu di tempat masuk untuk menulis butiran sebelum masuk ke premis.
4. Kami lambat mendapat layanan untuk membuat pengukuran setelah memilih kain.
 My 6-year-old son hit a pole at the entrance of the Nagoya fabric store while I was picking up fabric. The pole has swayed. Quickly One of the workers sitting at the counter went to the pole and scolded my men with harsh words that were "I already wrote Kat the pole, I do not see, I do not know how to read". Then how many workers have come to the scene And One has taken a screwdriver to fix the pole. The angry employee had already said "who will be waiting at the store tonight." Then I apologized for what happened but the employee arrogantly said "No use sorry". My men cried in fear. Here I would like to question:
1. This is how to serve customers. Arrogant and impolite. I confess to my men but they are only 6 years old and have not read well And what is written small size.
2. This indicates that there is a lack of security features in the store. The pole should be strong and this shows that it is not well maintained. What if at another time there was an incident like the previous one and the pillar was destined to fall and hit people. Try to think yes the management of Nagoya textile Bukit Rimau.
3. No employees are waiting at the entrance to write details before entering the premises.
4. We are slow to get the service to make measurements after choosing the fabric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love it, they have a wide range of fabrics. Lace, satin, sofa and curtain material, school uni material, etc. Also provide tailoring for curtains.
I saw them selling some curtain rods too. Price of fabric is reasonable too.

However the process of finding available staff for assistance is hard. I had to wander around looking for them to help me cutting the fabric of my choice. The store is huge, so I had to look and walk around for available staff ?
Went here twice and same thing happened.
Understandable maybe bcs of the pandemic they’re not having that many staffs to work, but I do hope it would be easier for us customers to get assistance.
But service in terms of how we’re treated was good though, just the staff at the entrance was a bit zzz haha didn’t even looking nor smiling at us.
