★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manicure experience. Went there to remove my gel manicure that wasn't done by them. They removed it rudely and made my nails become so fragile and soft. All broken. Tried being nice by giving feedback thru WhatsApp. No response at all. Not even an apology. I don't think paying rm40 to remove manicure deserves this kind of service and ignorance.
