took orders during 9.9 sales without having actual stock
didn't mentioned it was pre-order. did not follow up and update.
keep giving excuses and promised to ship. eventually order cancelled by Lazada due to slow.
Don't deal with this company if you value your time and money. You can find other company that has better customer service.
