β β β β β Worst experience ever.
Paying RM 33 for a wound, perfect.
My friend went for hair cut today and get home injured on her left ear. Wound was caused by a professional hairstylist while he's using hair clipper trimming her hair. My friend wasn't realise that the wound was bleeding until she feel the pain, and she's also being polite accepting the verbally apologise from the involved hairstylist.
However, there's NO fair compensation provided from the owner nor hairstylist. My friend had paid for the hair cut and now she went home worrying that the clippers might have infected by bacteria and she will have the chances of getting infected. My friend never asked to get sliced on her ear when she stepped in the saloon.
Bear in mind that- being a professional or certified hairstylist, he should be able to take reasonable steps to prevent harm to his guests.
Just trying to share the story here as a reminder. Reconsider before you visit.

β β β β β Maybe, wrong timing I pick to have the hair cut service. The staff said, must wash hair before cut hair. Then, the pic. who cut my hair seems impatient to cut, not sure how many time the trimmer push hard on my head. A so call "student hair style" is not worth RM46. Need more training, either skill or professionalism.
Opportunity given, but failed.

β β β β β My best Saloon in KL. I like how they remember their regular customer (like me, ha ha ha) and welcome them once they open the door. It's quite fun to see how every time the door bell rang when the door was opened, every one in the saloon will look to the entrance and smile. My favourite Barber is the Boss. Well I'm the person who really look into satisfaction on every thing I spent and he got the skills. Seriously, you just tell him what style you want and he will make it done for you. Oh, one more interesting part. I totally love how he advise people on hair care. He suggested me and my fiance's haircut and hair care product. Well, how can i get more satisfied than that. The price is great depend on how much service you get. Usually I paid Rm25-35 per entry for haircut and hair wash (sometimes got hair treatment for free, but it's not as great as you pay for full service price). My highest bills is 7++, that was for me and my fiance full haircut, hairless and treatment (special hair treatment for my fiance) + 2 set of shampoo and conditioner (him and her) which I guess cost more than 300 for both set. So that mean, the service is only 400. I'm not sure if they miscounted the bills but I'm pretty satisfied with the price. I haven't get my hair cut for 4 months and I will definitely go to Namona when I came back to KL next week.

β β β β β I am very satisfied with my hair cut with Golden, for women hair cut and wash for rm42 is considered cheap in KL areas. So I am much pleased with their service as a first timer. Will definitely go back again.

β β β β β At first, I would like to get a hair treatment for my frizzy hair, the staff recommend me the 水质η, and I thought it is a kind of the hair treatment they offered. But end up, it is a rebonding to make my hair straight which I did not want such thing. The staff did not mention about the word "rebonding" at all! And tomorrow is my convocation, I have to take photos with this ugly hair.

β β β β β Excellent service. The guy, introduced himself as Golden Yap, who did my hair was very nice and polite. As someone who is not used to going to salon, naturally i have lots of questions. He answered all the questions i had in mind and even explained to me the details. Very professional. Other staff was also very nice in helping him. The price is reasonable with the services that they provided. Overall great 1st time experience. Would love to come back and surely will recommend to those looking for a place to do their hair.
