★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the meal platter. Better value than ordering two ala carte. So we changed our order last minute and the manager was very helpful. Friendly staff but some aren’t so friendly and very lazy.
I tried their new Smokey flavour and I wasn’t impressed. I miss mango lime flavour. Please bring it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the new spiciest level of nando's hot sauce, it was really spicy at first bite. Frozen yogurt was superb! So good!
Service was good too, waitress and waiters priorities on cleanliness. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Unlike other Nando's branches.

I couldnt find anyone to talk to/place an order. I had to go call loudly for someone behind the counter. And when that person arrives (looking like the manager), she was extremely moody and told me to scan QR code and order. I did do what she said and had difficulties paying online and had to go to the cashier again and she gave me the attitude again.
Horrible. Of all places at Bangsar Village!
While I was here, another customer got upset as he was being ignored when wanting to talk to someone.

Not sure if it’s only me, the service here is way better than other KL/Selangor Nando’s branches. Staff very friendly, environment very chill #SalinTolongMenolong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourites franchises.great to see that they Keep same flavour and quality after all pandemic problems. I notice that sides portions are a big more generous now in sacrifice for a smaller bird that must be the rest Of course of the economy backdrop due to vivid restrictions. So expect a nice meal . same nandos; smaller chicken pieces and nice and generous selection of sides and also now bottomless drinks and yogurt ice cream in some sets..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't lost its signature taste! Been more than 2 years since we had Nando's. Some changes..ordering via app, you pay before you eat, some menu upgrade(?), fewer servers, self service refills...all in plenty changes?!!!
