★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choosen Nejlika after going through the online reviews and yes, it was indeed a RIGHT choice! Overall, I had a great experience staying in Nejlika throughout the month of Apr 2022 to May 2022. The Nursing team and customer service team are super attentive and helpful. My hubby and myself picked up a lots of new born care tips from the nurses and classess here. Also, I really love the Nejlika inhouse apps which allows me to keep track of baby's daily updates such as vital sign, growth status, feeding chart etc and not to forget the cctv functionality as well. This is very thoughtful as my hubby could also download and access the apps whenever he wanna check on baby outside. They arranged for a pediatrician and chinese physician to do a weekly check in with baby and mummy as well. There are also lots of different packages such as post natal massage, ginger hair wash etc. Personally, it felt like a staycation in a hotel rather than in a confinement center.
So THANK YOU Nejlika team for the great experience and taking care of us. We would not have survived through our 1st month, without your help! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy my staying in Nejlika and would highly recommend to the mother who seeking for the confinement center. The nurse and staff here are very friendly and taking good care of my son. They do very helpful and sharing experience and some techniques to me on how to take care of newborn baby where by it’s really useful and important tips for me who having the first child. The food here also delicious especially I do like the dessert most in the tea time. The infant massage class which given by Gwen are useful, Gwen did hold infant massage class in very detailed. In order to build a good and close relationship with your lovely baby, don’t miss the chance to learn on how to massage a baby. Another thing I like most in Nejlika is they do have a partition baby room which is an very important hygiene and safety factor in this covid pandemic and each of the baby’s partition room is installed with cctv, you or your family can just anytime to see the baby with one click in the mobile app. Besides it , Nejlika do have their mobile app which recording down baby daily health , jaundice level, weight, height , frequency of diaper change and etc . You just need to open the Nejlika mobile apps, you could have a glance at all the details which I mentioned. I really enjoy and appreciate the services that Nejlika provided ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a wonderful experience at Nejlika confinement center. From baby care to mother's well being, everything is very well taken off.
Truly appreciate all the guidance, care and help by the team of professional nurses.
In love with their apps which i can keep track of baby's daily update and my husband could also viewing baby via cctv.
They also arrange pediatrician to do weekly check up in baby and mommy as well.
Thanks again for the 28 days of good foods, environment and classes for me. Highly recommended for mummies that trying to look for confinement center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a memorable stay at Nejlika in January 2022. On top of all the good things other reviews have mentioned (and I agree very much), here are a few more things I think are worth highlighting. First of all, what really stood out to me was how the management was so willing to listen and care for my needs. I was suffering from postpartum depression. The team was very kind to attend to all my needs. That made my anxiety much more manageable and I must say this kind of great customer service is really hard to come by. Besides, the nurses were so friendly and helpful. They were just one phone dial away whenever I needed anything or panicked when my baby cried. The surrounding at night is also quiet because it is situated in a housing area so it’s good for a light sleeper like me. Lastly, the center has their own app to record baby's feeding times, diaper change and vital signs. Baby and mummy's health is systematically and professionally monitored throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Nejlika if you’re looking for one confinement center with reasonable price but 5-star services, facilities and meals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The main reason my husband & I chosen Nejlika is due to their high level of professionalism, where baby & mother are handled by professional nurses & doctors.
2. After checking in I found the centre other than providing perfect environment for my recovery, it also becomes my training centre as a first time mom. I learnt a lot about proper breastfeeding methods & parenting skills.
3. Cleanliness is also very well maintained here, house keeping everyday & bedsheet exchanged every week.
4. Additional services are definitely bonus points for the centre, I enjoyed the services such as postnatal massage, ginger hair wash & baby photography.
5. Food has varieties, healthy & taste nice, surprised to had my favorite burger served.
In conclusion, the management & nurses are very attentive. Highly recommended confinement centre especially for first time moms & dads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlika has been assisting me since the very first day i discharged from hospital. I am a first time mother. The staff here are friendly and been helping me with all my needs 24/7. They have been very resourceful and given much advices.
The food here are delicious and i have been eating very well thanks to the nutritionist. The room and common areas are well clean and have a good lighting. Thumbs up for the toilet and bathroom. I would recommend Nejlika to my friends and would definitely come back if I have my second child.

Nurses are professional,passionate and caring.They are so good in handling baby and ensure that I had enough rest.Thanks to Lactation consultant,Emily is very experienced and help me in breastfeeding journey.
I enjoyed the food very much. The food are nutritious and delicious.
Also,I love the post natal massage.Aunty Jami has amazing hands,after massage,I feel refreshed and pain free.
