Our first time meeting Ruzanna. We walked into her coaching class which was peaceful and relaxing and there came this petit and humble lady, Ruzana welcoming us. The best part about Ruzana is her approach towards listening and understanding our feeling. It is very rare that we get to talk to someone who actually pays attention, understands and responses in a way where it makes so much sense. Well, if you are looking for that one person, Ruzanna is the one. She literally changed our view on the whole concept and believe of giving birth in which our innocence
changes into confident. The key point here is realisation, when it hits you, you know that nothing can stop us from waking up! Ruzana single handedly become the reason for turning our lives 360Β°. There is always a happy feeling when we finish our class session with her. We are very grateful to have Ruzana in our lives and honestly she is like a sister from another mother to us. With her love, support and unconditional care towards our feelings has made our birth story a beautiful one. Thank you, Ruzanna!

Ruzanna has amazingly curated her Hypnobirthing classes to suit every single individual who walks into her class.
Her classes can be extensive or simple depending on what you need.
Her classes pretty much gave me and my husband an awakening into a world where my body is powerful and i can give birth to my baby the way i want.
She is knowledgeable and patient and teaches with love. She radiates love.. You can never not like her..
I can't wait to plan for my 2,3,4 baby because of her classes and i can't wait to go back for refreshers with her.
Starting the pregnancy journey is so fun when you start it informed instead of lost in the world of doctors dictating your life and baby..
If you have a daddy is not hands on.. Who runs and hides or who doesn't want to participate in your birth, this is also the place to go. She helps daddy's to find their place in your birth. My hubby was always hands-on but even then we found it so useful for us. Sometimes daddy's need to feel special too.

β β β β β As a first time parents, the information you could find on The Internet and also from friends and family are unstructured and can be overwhelming and confusing. Despite of doing c-sect delivery in the end, Ru's class was definitely an eye opening and very informative. No regret as it made my pregnancy journey more enjoyable and my husband to be more empathy and involve because we learned it together.

β β β β β My ZEN place! last time i always looking forward for my hypnobirthing class on Tuesday night despite the chaos during the days. I also feel everytime coming to this place and the class makes me relax, peaceful and ofcourse more knowledgeable about birthing& motherhood. Imagine learning about the calm breathing with the relaxing sound and some essential oils! Thank you Ru for being the best hypnobirth guru. You explain birth well and teach us how to relax and how to get a calm birth. You also made us feel prepared and excited for the birth day. You always empower me to have a positivity during labour and motherhood.
