★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time staying in a confinement centre, and I applaud the services provided by Esther. The room were spacious and comfortable with daily cleaning and weekly UV sterilization job.
There were 5 meals provided on daily basis and it's prepared by their central kitchen - there's always a variety and food was healthy and tasty.
There is a senior nurse and TCM consultant that will examine mommy’s health condition and post delivery recovery, and there is a weekly visit by a paediatrics doctor to check on baby. Nursery room has 3 certified nurses per shift caring for babies round the clock and the nursery is sterilized on a daily basis.
Due to MCO restrictions, classes are not allowed to be held physically instead it is done virtually via Skype. This limits the interaction that we could have with the presenter to learn more. However, some services services such as massage and baby swimming session are still available with strict SOP in placed.
Last but not least, the customer service team was very attentive and helpful to any requests made. Kudos to the services provided and keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 28 days and the service was top notch. Even though we had to check in about a month earlier, the Esther team was still very accommodative to our request and they also suggested special care for our child to ensure he was fed and growing well.
Special shout-out to the nursing team who took care of our baby and were super attentive and helpful. They are always ready to answer questions and you can tell that they have bonded with the babies they take care of.
The customer service team was also very good in accommodating our requests whenever we had to do hospital visits and the cleaners are very friendly.
Overall, the cleanliness in this place is great with daily UV sterilisation of the baby room and weekly UV sterilisation of the rooms.
Due to MCO, all classes were online the first week here but once restrictions eased up, there were offline DIY classes which allowed the moms to make some friends.
Overall a very enjoyable stay with a good balance between resting and spending time with the baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much from the bottom of hearts for taking such good care of us during my 28 days of confinement with you. I felt like we were in good hands with wonderful care. The customer service team is very friendly, responsive and helpful with everything that we needed. Beside the consultant will drop by every week to check on me and my condition, and guide me through my breastfeeding, especially when I was so stressed,I couldn’t provide my twins with breast milk, the consultants always follow up and check on me, now I am fully breastfeeding my twins already.
Esther provided many classes that is useful for first time parents. We really like the room as it’s very clean and spacious.
Daily meals provided were so delicious. I’m going to miss the food here .
They do provide daily house keeping, the staff was so nice and always greet us with smile.
Going to miss everyone here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esther postpartum provided a great experience throughout my stay here. Spacious 5 star room with sufficient amenities and necessities, relaxing environment, good food and great staff. Really appreciate all the friendly and helpful customer service team, kakaks and nurses for going above and beyond expectation to provide the best service ? I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and baby was very well taken care of. Food was great too with special treats to look forward to sometimes ?? Highly recommended to all mommies who are going to do confinement.
Hope that Esther Postpartum will also consider opening a nursery/childcare centre in the future to provide baby care for working parents or after confinement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable stay in Esther Ampang. Room is clean and spacious. Weekly UV sterilisation room and daily UV sterilisation baby room. Clothing are provided to mom and baby (using quality baby products such as flybyfly, merries, seba med, s26 gold). Weekly special dessert by Esther really made my day.
5 meals provided daily and food portions are big.
Enjoyed their DIY classes like hand made breast milk soap and bath bomb.
Customer service team, nurses and housekeeping kakak are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to check out soon and i will definitely miss this place. The room is spacious, comfortable, tidy and clean with daily housekeeping provided including weekly UV sanitization. For baby room, will be daily UV sanitization. The cleaners are very friendly and polite, will always great you with smile. Newborns are well taken care by the nurses. 5 healthy confinement meals are provided daily and there will be special desserts served every Friday. The customer service team is very helpful, our requests were attended timely. Basically all the staffs here are very friendly, helpful and polite.
Thank you for the great hospitality throughout our stay at esther and esther definitely is a great choice for mom-to-be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time goes by so fast, I’m so glad that I chose Esther for my 28 confinement days.
Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The room is equipped with hotel grade bedding. It also comes mini fridge, electronic safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, room service intercom, hairdryer, kettle, slippers and etc.
The food is very delicious and portions are big. TCM physician will tweak the daily herbal tonic soups according to my body’s condition.
Services provided by nurses are great. Their 24 hours on-call service is really convenient, whenever I need or request anything they will attend to it as soon as they can. They fully support breastfeeding and will assist me if I have any problems on breastfeeding. The nurses are very helpful, patient, responsible and friendly.
Housekeeping services are provided daily and change of bed sheets and UV sterilization are done weekly. The housekeeping team are very friendly and if i have any requests, they will do their best to accommodate my requests.
I can view my baby from the 1-1 CCTV from my mobile phone. Weekly visits by paediatrician to check baby’s condition is a plus, it saves me the hassle of bringing baby out for a checkup at the hospital. The postnatal massage is so relaxing and it helps in my postpartum recovery. They also have classes on infant massage, newborn care and pathway to successful breastfeeding. They also provide TCM consultations on a weekly basis.
