★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is awesome. Very walk able to Jonker Street within minutes. Place is squeaky clean. Comfortable mattress. The host provides quality /branded body shampoo and hair shampoo. Covered parking for two SUV without problem. And the most important for me is the privacy in-front of the house, its empty land facing the main road. Nobody snooping around and blocking the driveway 24/7. 5 Star experience. Best value for money at this price!

and a lot of privacy. Everything is close by if you know how to get there. Grab car or taxi will get you here easily. Would highly recommended it for a family with infant as the host Lily will provide a baby cot if you ask for it prior to check in or during booking. It would also be perfect for a couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for eight to ten people. The bathroom and shower was excellent. You could tell that Lily made sure that the house is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area and location before checking in. For this price, I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Lily is the most thoughtful, gracious host.
She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The house is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.
The bed is comfortable, bathroom and living hall are excellent. Location is incredible.
Lily had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She had a folder with useful informations about everything you need to know. Everything in the house is labeled nicely with much thought. She went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.
Thanks Lily and New Guesthouse 140L for a wonderful weekend!
We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lily's place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near Jonker Walk and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the house. The whole place made us feel at ease. Lily's was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Guesthouse 140L is at a perfect location, very easy to get around driving and walking distance to Jonker Street and many eateries. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need. The host, Lily was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.This place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the house is very quiet at night! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
