β β β β β Really feel disappointed with Ninjavan. The parcel is stuck at the sorting centre for almost 2 week. I had called their sorting centre and there's nobody answer my call for 10min. I went to their main sorting centre and they told me that you have to wait because got people is waiting from morning until afternoon. Then they get tracking number from me and they told me will check and revert. They call me after few days and told me my parcel is ready and ready for collection at sorting centre. What?? why ask me go collect the parcel instead of deliver the parcel??
Other courier companies was able to deliver the goods and provide update if there was a delay but not ninja van. Absolute worse courier company in this country

β β β β β I had bought an item from Shopee and delivery is handled by ninja van. I told informed that I have to collect parcel at the collection point. What is the point of delivery service if we still have to go collect ourselves? such a hassle to the customer and on top of that I'm sent reminder to collect else it will be sent back to sender

β β β β β Worst experience with this hopeless courier company. Its been 10 days and my parcel is no where to be found. When I contacted them after 2 days, they said that the parcel will be returned to the sender due to wrong phone number of receiver. I resolved the matter by providing the correct phone number and instructed that the parcel should be sent to the receiver. They called the receiver to inform that the parcel is being delivered. But it has been 10 days and no parcel. Very bad service... Not professional. Like working with banglas.

β β β β β We have worked with NV for 2 years to handle our deliveries. Off late they have been a disappointment in terms of remitting our payments on time. Internal Communications between the account manager and finance is appalling. While statement of sales has been released, our COD payment has not been remitted. Been trying to reach finance but to no avail. Their customer service does a good job to assure us that payment will be made but the reality is the finance team is slow to make payments. Very unhappy with the company lately. Emails are not replied by their finance team. We have not received our dues on a weekly basis as promised.

β β β β β Disaster service. Ninja Van recently delivered my parcel wrongly to somewhere that I don't even know. Worse thing was, the driver did not even bother to call to clarify/check the address. I received email to inform the parcel has been delivered yet I can't even see who "received" the parcel because the signature part was showing a "broken image" icon.
When I checked with their customer service, I was being provided a photo showing some unknown house, with all door and windows closed (as if nobody was at home) and the parcel was just being put on the floor, exposed to sun/rain etc. And that's how Ninja Van driver classified as "parcel being delivered". The driver also did not have any decency to call the recipient in the event when there is no one around to receive the parcel. This isn't the first time; I've encountered a few times they just leave the parcel outside quietly, without calling/informing. Definitely feel unsatisfied with the kind of service Ninja Van is providing. I'm not a seller or someone who uses courier service often, but I'm a buyer that dreads every time when I see the seller is using Ninja Van as the courier service.

β β β β β different people, different experience...so far I have no problem with ninja van. I choose the same day delivery type for my courier and they delivered it perfectly .For me, their hero is their customer service, their done the job well. I love the chat system.

β β β β β If you want a faster delivery, don't choose this courier serviceοΌ Snail Van οΌ. Their customer service is doing their job well enough with lip services but didn't really solve the issues with their delivery team. Maybe they have communication breakdown somewhere internally. I hope Ninja Van can improve their services, don't let your customers chasing you when its supposed to be the other way around.
