★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied regarding my parcel which my seller drop off in NinjaVan on 8/7/2020 until 16/7/2020 and the parcel still in the same outlet and no one want to deliver it! I got no choice but have to cancel the shipment and the seller still can go back the same outlet to collect back the parcel! Why this thing happen? If ninjavan not able provide the shipping service please don't show up in Shopee. I will not using Ninjavan anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously ninja van left my parcel at my neighbours house luckily their honest, ninja van without make any call & just hand it over then got notification item have been deliver... Hope ninja van service can be more professional in the future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopee Express package handed over in KL on 22/5. I kept on checking tracking status till finally 27th it said out for delivery, Shocked when I read lie that delivery failed as nobody was home. I have been out once in the last 15months and that was last year August!!! On 28th it said out for delivery as of 12.40pm... nothing came. and now it is 29th and again it says out for delivery as of 1.14pm!!! Sigh.... this is the second time on a month that I am having the same bad experience with Ninja Van.
