★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11am When to the shop and bought a mouse for my computer. Due to SOP we are not allowed to go into the shop and buy what we want so we can only tell the staff and let them choose for me. I was ok with it so i opted for the RM15 wireless mouse.
12pm When i got home, i realised the item was faulty and wasn’t functioning then i went to the shop and ask for a change. The staff inspected and obviously it’s not working. He took another mouse from the shelf which is the same model one and tried again. It seems to be faulty again. So he offered me to change another model. It sounds good right. But after all the hassle, trying another model, he then gave me and ask me to pay extra for it. Then i asked: “why should i pay for extra when you sold me a faulty one at the first place?” He turned back to the counter and take back the same model i returned earlier and dk doing what and give it back to me, he even showed me a 3 seconds video of him recording that the mouse is working. So i took home, HAHA guess what man the mouse is broken, even worse than the one i returned to them earlier… honestly i couldn’t believe this is the kind of service i received ? two years back i bought a RM15 mouse and it still works fine that’s why i decide to come back and get one again. I GUESS I WONT EVER COME BACK FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM. What a shame man. Attached a photoof the mouse that is not even functions after my request for an exchange. Gonna report to the authority, i guess there’s something called consumer rights right?
