★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest in town.. always have great stuff in store and make me always drop by to check out the latest products.. they have rm 1 tempered glass but if not mistaken only apply to android phone.. well, still a great shop to visit after finished your dinner at pv128..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do set up a special counter just for customers who wanted to change screen protectors. Its super annoying to have them leaning on the glass shelf displaying the goods i initially wanted to buy. And the queue to the counter is worst. It merged with those who are waiting for the screen protector thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mobile accessories here are not the cheapest, but they're one of the only few shops in KL which offer RM1 tempered glass. Staff were friendly, merchandise selections were quite limited, for instance they don't sell even one cover nor tempered glass for other brands tablets except ipad (which they have like a dozen of selection for this brand), which is quite weird considering ipad only made up 25% of the total tablet sales in msia.

They also have tempered glass installation service for your phone, where they will stick it on for you perfectly on the spot if you buy a tempered glass from them.

Not a pleasant experience dealing with this nijaz branch.
I have bring buying stuff from ninjaz all over klang valley even in johor as well. I have no such experience that i experience here. I did a screen protector at ninjaz botanic and i am asking for same spec and same design here and i got answered this design not available here and the price also more expensive compare to botanic branch.
Wonder why ninjaz have varies price at different branch. Then dun use same name which make we as consumer confuse.
I rather travel farbto botanic ninjaz where i feel more respect by staff over there.
Staff here is not to the expectation. Disappointed
