★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed the RM10 full screen tempered glass, upon checking post-installation, there was a small dent, requested for a new tempered glass, it was given no questions asked.
Came back the next day to ask questions about the tempered glass, unfortunately my original TPU casing was stained by a liquid on the table. Staff tried to remove it but to no avail. Ok then I was compensated with another TPU casing.
Once I reached home, I realised that there more stains on the tempered glass, only seen with the screen turned off at certain angles.
At this point it feels like a series of unfortunate events, the staff were nice and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Just my luck. Maybe they could have kept their workspace neat/clean?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday 2.30pm, went there to get tempered glass, there was 2 guys installing, one Chinese and another I’m not sure looks like Malay boy, he installed the tempered glass for me nicely, kudos! The gorilla brand they sell is good really no smudge ??

stand in front of counter where they change tempered glass with my 3 phones on the table, for 10min NO one served even tho they are free walking here n there when I asked why noone to serve customer they said we thought you want to pay.
how stupid excuse is that when they have separated cashier why i will wait at tempered glass counter.
after that also no shame still they dint say sorry or what you need. so I just walk off.
Don't judge people by their race, doesn't mean we are different race don't understand Chinese. RACISTS
