When negotiating about pricing the owner simply say if you are not interested then I will return the deposit back. Very arrogant owner. Booked the place because it was clean but during our stay they spoilt it by cutting the grass and not properly cleaning the cut grass making the house mess with grass. We had to clean the house when go in and out of the house. Not one word of sorry by the caretaker nor the owner. Not surprising. They want the money paid immediately after check in but no receipt given. When asked about receipt the caretaker is telling no one asked for it before. Making me to say then I won't pay the money now. You get your receipt and then I will pay. For my surprise the caretaker replied she will lock the house and leave if I don't pay the money. So people is it wrong to ask for receipt. For your information after much argument the caretaker said she will get the owners to Whatapp the receipt and I paid the full money before even we check in. I have not receive any Whatapp till today. Nice place with swimming pool worsens by poor and arrogant management.

Before booking the different things were said about the facilities. Place is not maintained. Feel disappointed and cheated!
