★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for family day... they have barbeque pit, small open hall, dorms (and couple rooms), and easy access to the beach. It is like a private beach but it is not.
Ample parking space.
The owner is friendly and the staff is welcoming.
You can also cook your own food. The provide you a small kitchen.
I forget to take my room picture... hahaha... but the room is basic airconditioned room. Queen bed, TV with Astro, hot shower.

1. Spacious room.
2. Functional aircond.
3. Big mattress.
4. Sufficient parking lots.
5. Location is far away from busy road so tranquility is secured.
6. Location is an easy route to Malacca.
7. The premise is located in front of the beach where this beach has less visitors. So it is suitable for peace loving travelers. Banana boat is available as well (not by the hotel but the independent vendor itself).
Things To Improve:
1. Try to offer more affordable rates.
2. Bed frame needs tightening.
3. Try to flatten the parking lots with tar instead of sharp gravel stones.
4. Please consider to install outdoor hanger to hang wet shirts, pants, etc.
5. Please consider to put a mini fridge inside the room.
6. Please make the water pressure stronger.
Note: There is no convenience store within 10 minutes walk and the reception does not provide sale service (drinking water or tidbits)
Will I Come Again? Most probably NO.
