So far ok... went there to check for any error in engine at computer due to jerking while idle, they said no error and everything is fine. They suspected plug coil, then i went home, changed coils by my self, now works great...

Staff are professional and very helpful. Greeted with warm welcome and assisted till departed. Very convenient when booking, servicing and collecting back vehicle. Didn't overcharged and services were given with full hearted. Highly recommended!

It was my first time here and luckily I was treated very nicely. They greeted me politely and served me professionally. They even wash my car after the service. After service, they explained some important things that i need to be aware of in the next service.

I have been 100% servicing my Almera here since I bought my car. 4 years later, had my gearbox faulty. I just have around 50 k mileage and I have mostly serviced my car on time. Just 2 or 3 times went a bit later. I have also serviced fully in Nissan sc. I don't know how the gearbox went faulty. Bearing issue in the gearbox. What I can do but to send my car to Tan Chong sc fo repair. They asked RM 2 k to repair because they only gave 3 year warranty when I purchased my car. Warranty is over and I have to use my cash to repair for the weird fault because I took care of my car nicely. Tan Chong could have considered to reduce the repair price because we are living in COVID 19 situation which also tightens our financial. But no. They didn't care. I have to pay. I sent my car. They took about 2 weeks and they called me to collect my car. During this time, I had to commute using Grab almost everyday. After 2 weeks, I went to collect my car, paid in cash and came back. Right on the day I took back my car, my car sounded again from the gearbox. I was shocked. Foreman did not do the work properly. The next day, I sent back my car again. They took 2 weeks of time, must remember by the readers here. Well done by foreman. After sending my car again, I was called within few days to collect my car again. I collected and after some days, I can feel some weird slow noises from engine. Noises comes after sending my car to them. I said to a staff who is working there and his reply was arrogant. He asks me to send my car again for checking and the way he replied was not proper. How many times should I send my car? I need to use my car as I can't be sending my car always to them because of their stupid incompetent works. They can easily say to send car. Will they refund my Grab expenses and the hassle I have to go through to wait for Grab. No. But what they did after first repair and second time repair was they need me to pay fuel money because they had to test run my car after repair and they fueled my car. 20 Ringgit pun dorang nk minta. Hahahaa... First, Nissan is a good brand but ruined by Tan Chong in Malaysia. Nissan cars is becoming more unreliable nowadays but Nissan was a very reliable brand which produced many reliable cars on old days. Foreman in this sc is not good. Not sure about in other Tan Chong sc. Staff in this sc, I don't want mention his name but he was very good during the fresh days of my Almera. After 4 years, he is showing arrogance to me. Staff should be polite to customer. Remember. Not forgetting, every time I request for spare car, their reply was no car at the moment because given to another customer. Is Nissan Tan Chong really miskin sgt to have only 1 spare car? Hahahaa... Logic hits me. Before buying Nissan in Malaysia, think a lot. New Almera comes with CVT transmission and Jatco CVT is unreliable according to experts. There are many reviews and videos in YouTube about the CVT. Mine is 4 speed AT. Itu pun dah rosak. Hahahaa... If you still want to buy Nissan, go ahead and kindly avoid this service center.
