★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nisan xtrail model 2018.. very good service centre with person liase to me from the 1st service till now Mr.Noah Rashid...today have a great day sharing my new car xtrail was involved in emergency ABS brake response in middle of highway...140km/h during night driving..suddently there is heavy traffic infront, involved me to use emergency brake...Damn good response emergency brake of nissan xtrail between few meter distance...safe car as per my experiance...well good service too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my car maintenance for 14k with a complimentary car wash. my booking time was 8.30 am and was only served about 9.20, they then left me hanging till 14.07 for just a mild service of oil /balancing and alignment. I expected the car to be washed as they mentioned complimentary car wash but apparently they just left it hanging since forever. I was expecting that the wash was the one taking a long time.
The customer representative was helpful and kind but the service department really need to up their standard as i can only say its currently rubbish since i service here 3x and there is always a problem. Not to mention their QC indicated that they have already done the complimentary car wash. I think you guys really need to up your game.
