Scammers and liars! Long review but is worth to read if you want to travel with NKS! We’ve booked the 4D3N Inner Jungle in Taman Negara for 7people at NKS Kuala Lumpur Office. And even though we had a good time, we are really disappointed about the service provided by NKS. They are liars and scammers… let me explain why. The package was supposed to include (referring to the brochure given to us by NKS): Cave exploration in Jerantut, Night Jungle Walk in Taman on day 1, Canopy Walkway in Taman on day 2, Jungle trek in Taman, fees for the entry permit, daily lunch+dinner+breakfast. Here is the first problem we encountered. After setting all the details of the trip and only AFTER we confirmed the booking, the lady told us that one of the Night Jungle Walk was not included in the trip. When we asked why the activity was not included, the lady answered that it was because of a printing error and that we had to refer to the website. Why didn’t she tell us earlier…? We have been understanding even though we shouldn’t have.... If the brochure is not right, why do they give it to customers as a reference and without informing them about so-called “printing error”? Anyway, we let go on this mistake and have clearly specified that we were hopping not to have any other surprises like this one during the trip. Unfortunately, we did have some other surprises… On day 2 of the trip we were supposed to do a visit of the Canopy walkway and we didn’t because it was closed. No one ever mentioned to us that it was closed. We also had to pay 1RM each for Park entry permit, even though it is written on NKS website that this fee was included in the price…. Back in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday at the end of the trip we went to the office to talk about these problems. The man at the office told us that he was not able to do anything and that we should have tell that to Jerantut office. How come Kuala Lumpur office cannot do anything even though we’ve booked (and paid) the trip to this office? The man also showed me on the brochure that it was written that “Itinerary just for reference. Actual timing is depending on guide and weather conditions” and tried to use this as an excuse to justify the fact that the Canopy was closed. The Canopy has been closed for almost 1 year. It is not a question of timing or weather! To sum up, do not book with NKS, they will remove activities from the package and then try to justify it by saying things that do not make sense… That is what they did when I contacted them by email to complain. From their point of view everything is absolutely OUR fault… They said that we are lying, that the office mentioned to us the Canopy was closed… but believe me they didn’t. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY

We booked the transport from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara with them. Everything went perfect.

Don't book the transportation from this travel agency. From Taman Negara to Kuala Lumpur I paid 60 RM. We had to stop in jerantut for 2 hours to wait for the bus to kl. Better take the public transport bus from Taman Negara to jerantut (7rm) and from jerantut to kl with the Malayan express (18 RM). The Malayan express is way better than the bus from nks and way cheaper

We booked a transfer from Cameron Highlands to Taman Negara. The information we got was misleading, we had to pay extra half way the trip (not announced upfront). Also, halfway (a really dodgy office) we where told that the boat would not take 2 or 3 hours but probably 5!! hours!! And to top it of, we heard there was also a direct bus which would take 1 hour but that was fully booked. Although we where told in 4 different Offices in Cameron Highlands that the only option was a boat. Rip-off, don’t go with this organisation.

We bought tickets from Cameron Highlands to Taman Negara, from Taman Negara to Kuala Lumpur and full day trekking in the jungle. It was not cheap and every time we were forced to pay for another things, e.g. permission to use camera etc. The people in the agency were nice but sell you with the broaden smile tickets on places which are closed !!! (Canopy walkaway) and lies to your eyes that you can go in the jungle only with their tickets! Just the trap for the turists

Don‘t travel with NKS, they are really incompetened, unfriendly, absolutly not organized. Some people had to complain that they get a seat, even they paid before. Never again!!!

It's a scam! They charged me 250€ for 2 persons for 2 days! The hostel was dirty and bad quality! The personal was absolutely absent. They never try to help us. The activity are very poor! The night walk jungle is a scam! you walk in the night in the garden of a resort! The guide speaks english very bad. It was hard to understand him. The food is included in the tour! But it's so poor. Food from jail is better! We complain. They told us to send an email. They never reply. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENGY TO ANYONE. Go to Taman Negara by yourself.

2N3D tour package visiting Taman Negara was very nice for our family. Well organised and all staff were considerate and knowledgeable. We all enjoyed and loved this tour
